Development of SSR Molecular Markers and Genetic Diversity Analysis of TPS Gene Family in Chimonanthus praecox

Terpene synthase (TPS) plays a key role in the biosynthesis of terpenoids, which are most important components volatile compounds wintersweet (Chimonanthus praecox). In this study, 52 CpTPS genes were found divided into 5 subfamilies. We identified 146 SSRs genes, and obtained 33 pairs SSR primers with good polymorphism through amplification 6 samples. Then, these amplified 69 samples from China’s main production areas. Through structural analysis, 2 clusters, 4 groups genetic cluster SH-33 SW separate groups. AMOVA it was that variation mainly occurred population, gene flow between populations Nm > 1, so might lead to population differentiation. other words, findings provided useful information for construction linkage map, detection quantitative trait loci, marker-assisted selection aspects wintersweet.
